We hope that you will not need to use this process. We always aim to treat all our customers fairly. However, we recognize that sometimes things can go wrong and the information below explains how we will deal with any complaints that you may have about us.
- If you have reason to complain about the standard of work we provided to you, please raise your complaint at the earliest opportunity. We recommend that you speak to Mr Darren Green who is authorized to make decisions within the business.
- If you are not satisfied with the response or the resolution offered by us, you should complain formally by emailing our complaints officer (firstname.lastname@example.org) or write to us, addressing your letter to the Complaints Officer, 161 Alder Road, Parkstone, Poole, Dorset, BH12 4AA. Explain why you are not satisfied with the service you have received and why you think your complaint has not been resolved.
- We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve the issues raised by you to your full satisfaction within 28 working days.
- Where our customer has employed us in the course of their trade or business, if any dispute arises and cannot be resolved by offering a reasonable resolution through our complaints procedure, both parties agree to firstly select a mutually agreeable impartial third party to help them mediate it. If the mediation is unsuccessful, the parties agree that each party agrees to pay their own costs. Nothing in our contract shall prevent either party from taking court action.
